Burnham's Collision Center & Towing

I locked the keys in the truck around 8:30pm on a Monday night in metropolis. I’m not from the area so I wasn’t sure who I should call. I figured there would be a a crazy fee for it being so late. Because of that, I tried, unsuccessfully, to get in myself, while freezing to death. After almost 2 hours I gave up and decided to see if this tow service next door offered a lock service. They definitely did and the man that answered was incredibly kind even though I’m pretty sure I woke him up. He said I’ll be there in 10 min, he was there in 6. Had my truck unlocked in no time and it’s a manual lock that isn’t easy to get to. But he did it with ease. And it didn’t cost me an arm and a leg like I was so afraid of. The work Jimmy and his crew did on my 1969 Chevy C-10 was definitely first class. They were diligent in doing some very intense body work and painting. I also would like to give a shout out to Eric and his ability to do amazing things with how he paints. I am definitely a satisfied customer and Jimmy is the guy to go to if you need something done right. We are very fortunate to have someone locally that cares about the product he puts out. I can't speak highly enough about everyone Burnham 's I had an issue with my registration back in October and was towed to them, due to unfortunate circumstances it took almost 9 months to rectify. With it being such a long duration, they were gracious enough to work with me to reduce the price significantly. That way I could still have a car once everything was said and done. Without their kindness to a veteran I wouldn't have been able to afford getting my car back. Thanks again for the understanding and reducing the price I can only give 5 stars but the deserve 100!!!

Wonderful service! Staff went above and beyond to accommodate me. They took me to the car rental place when enterprise couldn't make it to me. Staff worked around my schedule for drop off and pick up of vehicle. The work was done in the estimated time with great communication on progress. Reasonable prices for HIGH quality body work! Plus my car was detailed before pick-up! Love, love, loved the entire experience! I Highly recommend this body shop!
