Burns Auto Salvage

The transfer case went out on my Suburban while towing our camper on vacation. Burns picked up my truck for service and brought another truck out to haul our camper to our campground so we didn’t miss out on our week long vacation. They fixed our truck quickly after we located the new part. Great service, great prices and great people.

Got stuck in a snowy ditch while out doing field work for my job and called Burns for a tow. They arrived within 10 minutes and quickly pulled my truck out so I could go about my day. Fast and friendly service.

After blowing my radiator hose the day before thanksgiving and being essentially abandoned by my insurance company, Burns was able to tow my car and even got up early Thanksgiving morning to fix it. Thanks to Burns, I was able to get to my family's Thanksgiving celebration on time. I really appreciate the work he did to get me back up and running.

Broke down, needed towing, came and got us super fast. Not from the area so dropped us off at a hotel he knew had food and entertainment around it. The kindest, most efficient and wonderful man possible. Highly recommend!

Do yourself a favor and call Paul Tureck.....I don't know what's going on with Burns in the last few weeks but they used to be my go to for scrap vehicles ect. In the last 12 days I contacted them on two Separate vehicles for pick up. Said yep. Said hed call back. If not later. Tomorrow.....I get that they are busy and what not but why tell a guy on 5 separate occasions they will be down to pick up the vehicle and then never call you back or anything and never did come either of them ....just say you can't do it and I'll go else where ...needing these vehicles gone. All 5 times I called them ....all 5 times they said yep we'll be down .......and not even one call back. Maybe it's a personal thing lol. No idea. But definitely irritated with them right now.
