Walked out to my garage to find a puddle of some type of fluid. It was hard to tell what it was with all of the slush and water on my garage floor. We had moved here from southern NH a couple of years ago and were looking for a reliable auto repair shop with friendly people. Having tried a couple of other shops in the area with no satisfaction at all we were recommended to Burns Automotive by some friends. I called and spoke with Matt and he told me to bring the vehicle in the next morning. Matt and his team quickly diagnosed the problem and advised the required parts wouldn’t be in for a couple of days. The parts arrived early and repairs were completed the next day. I would highly recommend Burns Automotive and will be returning for all of our auto repairs and maintenance

Best Auto Shop Experience in 20 YearS! Mike the owner is a Great guy! I interacted with almost the entire team—from my first call with Jess to driving away with my repaired car 3 hours later, everyone was kind, helpful, and solution-oriented. The receptionists were incredibly sweet, and I even got to meet two of the mechanics—both super respectful and so helpful, also again, genuine dudes. I came in hot with an urgent issue and These guys made time for me on a Friday afternoon, knowing I had to move to Boston the next Day. In the end I didn’t flinch at the price because the service was so excellent. If you’re in the Lakes Region, this is the place to go. My brother-in-law and brothers in laws trust them with all their vehicles. You should too!

I can’t thank Matt and his staff enough! I had a screw go through my tire and was losing air quickly. Even though I didn’t have an appointment, they took me in right away and got me back on the road safely. The whole team was friendly, professional, and efficient. I really appreciated how they went out of their way to help me in a stressful situation. Highly recommend!

As usual, Matt and his team were pleasant and extremely accommodating. Even at 7:45 am🫣! My service was supper quick and efficient. I drive away with confidence knowing my 13 year old little Beast is being well cared for and reliable for a few more miles!!. Thanks Matt and team!
