This place is amazing. I walked in on Tuesday at like 4:15 PM and was greeted by Maddie. She was amazing from start to finish. They took photos of the light damage to my car and gave me a rough estimate of 300. They called me the next morning and got me scheduled for Thursday at 9 AM. They had me in and out of there in less than an hour this morning and the final bill was less than the estimate at $200. The repair looks flawless. The tech did an amazing job. Maddie was a delight to work with. I highly recommend Burns.

As a certified Tesla repair shop, they did exceptional work on my Tesla. They handled insurance delays with care and professionalism, kept me well informed with regular updates, and were incredibly thoughtful and supportive with rental accommodations and replacements. My recent experience with Burns Collision Center was 100% professional and stress-free after being rear ended on 95 back in August. Michelle was a pleasure to work with from the get-go, as was everyone I encountered at Burns. Friendly and informative, she provided consistent updates for me throughout the entire restoration, also making the rental car process easy and seamless. From start to finish it was a great experience. My initial visit with Mark was professional, stress free, and on point. I then had the pleasure of meeting Michelle who always had a smile on her face and was attentive to my repair order at every stage of the repair/s. Rick was very insightful, and helpful. All around, the staff there in general was pleasant to be around. Customer service is definitely a priority to them. As far as repairs go, my vehicle was restored to its original status. The paint was blended perfectly and all of the seams and gaps are straight. I couldn't ask for a better experience given the stressful circumstances.
