Burns Towing

This is one of the best towing companies I have ever seen. The practices are very friendly. The the drivers are all very professional and they have a very adorable cat that will welcome you. Their staff absolutely 10 out of 10 lovely lovely people. The guy who towed us amazing dude love him dearly tysm for you guys

Ian made me sign a waver as my car is lowered, I totally get that part but I was still pretty nervous. He also went the extra mile to place planks under the tires and pulled my car up the flatbed with ease. No damage at all. When we got to my house he helped me push it into my garage. What a pro.... Dispatch also told me approx 30 min. Ended up being about 35-40 minutes. That's great service on a Saturday afternoon. Thanks to the Burns Towing team.

Its tough to leave an unbiased review of a tow company ... Especially when you're not in agreement with your vehicle being impounded there... But - I'll try. They're what the average Joe/Jane would likely expect from any average tow company. No particular pros or cons to list... No wait - one pro: they have a couple of office cats that you can pet from time to time.

I just want to say this place is amazing. All of the staff were understanding with my sons situation. Explained everthing throughly and were so kind and pleasant. They turned a really bad situation into a more tolerable situation. In the end I feel like I was heard and understood and walked out knowing that if I ever need a tow I will 100% call the team at Burn's!!!

Ian was the nicest and friendliest person ever. Got there fast. Was flexible and very understanding and tried to help in away possible.
