Burnsed Body Shop

On February 7th, I was on my way from work when a doe ran out infront of me, it was so quick that I didn’t even see her coming. Since moving here, we’ve been really hesitant on brining our vehicles anywhere. The insurance company had picked a body shop for us to take my car to but they wouldn’t be able to get to it until May and had to have the car towed to our house as they couldn’t hold it on their property as they had no room(this was majority of shops in the Savannah area). A Co-worker of mine, Sarah had referred me to Burnsed Body Shop in Pembroke. They were able to get my car towed to their location the next day and started working on it the following week. I have used this body shop twice in the last year for collision repairs due to wildlife. Miranda is very professional and honest. She went above and beyond on both repairs. I would definitely recommend this shop over any other. Their work deserves more than 5 stars!

I had never been through this process before. This was my first accident, and I was rear ended by an uninsured person. I am so appreciative of the great communication I received with the ladies in the office, as well as a great job repairing my car. They definitely made this process easy, and I had my car back in 2 1/2 weeks. I would most definitely recommend them to anyone in need of a repair shop. Very pleased with the service we received here! Miranda kept us updated on with progress on a weekly basis. She also was very honest and upfront about pricing and what could and couldn't be done to my car. We will definitely use this shop in the future!
