Working with Burt Brothers is routinely a positive experience and today was no different. We had to unexpectedly replace our tires (unexpected because of sidewall puncture and enough tread on other tires for another 3-6mos on vehicle driven rarely). Needed an oil change. Called the location and they said they take walk-ins and that it would be about an hour. They were true to their word and promptly handled the oil change in the expected timeframe. Everyone at the counter was really helpful and nice. They even proactively provided a coupon I didn’t provide at checkout. Bonus for having Bob Ross on the television.

5 stars I recently had to replace a large spare tire for my motorhome, and Burt Brothers Tire & Service handled it perfectly. The tire was a big, heavy-duty one, so it wasn’t cheap, but the price was fair for the quality and size I needed. What really stood out was the honest, straightforward service—no upselling or hidden fees. The team was knowledgeable, explained everything clearly, and got the job done efficiently with great attention to detail. I felt completely confident in their recommendation and workmanship. I came in today needing a flat repair for my wifes car, i had to change to the spare in the parking lot of her work. The first place i saw was burt brothers, I came in and these awesome guys helped me out. Came out with a new set and a alignment because the tread on that old tire was just to low, and was unsafe. Thanks again burt bros for the knowledge and the honesty!! I will be coming back to this exact location.

Came in for an oil change, and alignment check. Alignment was a little off, so had them do a proper alignment. Only thing that took a minute was their system said my filter was in stock but unfortunately that turned out to be false, so had to wait a short period for one to be delivered. Other than that, everything went great and my car drives more smoothly now that the alignment has been corrected.
