I have the service work done at Burtness Chevrolet in Orfordville on a new Silverado I purchased there. I was recently there for an oil change and tire rotation. After getting home from my appointment I noticed a mark on my left front tire and then damage to my rim. I was immediately concerned that the dealership might not want to hear me out. I hand wash my truck and only take it through touchless car washes occasionally because it's black. So I know every little spot on the truck and it's only a year old. Ask to fix traction control never touched it. Did say our transmission could be going out. The car I was given for loaner had trash in back seat and I had to clean snow off windows .sadly I have recommended for many years. What happened?

We will never buy a vehicle anywhere else. Burtness has been beyond excellent. Our experience with the sale was great. When we had a mechanical issue, they fixed our vehicle at no cost to us and brought a loaner car for us to use. We didn't know there were businesses like Burtness Chevrolet that really takes excellent care of their customers!! The only dealer with an excellent service department you will ever need!

Worst experience ever. I purchased an oil change with a tire rotation 92.00 bucks. Got home my tires were not rotated. Called and asked the service manager if he could refund me the tire rotation part. He said sure 14.28 dollars will be put back on the card. So you mean to tell me an oil change is 78 dollars. I drove back to get them rotated. Worst customer service ever. They also told me my TPMS doesn't follow the tire. Which is a lie because now that my tire is moved guess what else moved. My faulty TPMS sensor is on a different location now. They just tell me anything because I'm a female. Will not be back.
