1. Jeff, my salesman, and Ray, the general manager, were both terrific! 2. My new Subaru was ready as promised, in tip-top condition. 3. Jeff was awesome in finding my exact model and color combination. He also did a great job reviewing the features and new technological applications in my model. 4. The finance department was great, too. 5. They made everything so easy for me.

We recently purchased a Crosstrek from this dealership on Feb. 14th. The process itself was fine, quick, and easy. The service after the sale is where it all fell apart and has made it impossible to return to the dealership for our future Subarus. The day after we brought the car home we tried turning on the heat and nothing, then tried the AC and again nothing coming out. We tried all the settings with no luck. Contacted the guy who sold us the car Jerry Anstaett, to see what could be done, if anything because I did sign a purchase as is form. He told me he would check on it and get back with me. Just like the blower in the car, I have received nothing. I have attempted to reach him 3 times and nothing. You would think they would know the issue with the car and disclose it at the

Rico was very welcoming and not pushy at all when I went in to look at Subaru Crosstreks. He took his time to compare trim levels and answer all the questions we had. Everyone at Busam Subaru was kind and hospitable, frequently checking to see if we needed anything while we waited for the car to be ready or finance to talk numbers. I highly recommend this Subaru dealer over others in the greater Cincinnati area. Worth the drive for us!

Searched multiple dealers in Kentucky, Indiana and Ohio and ended up with Busam because of their customer service and willingness to get a deal done. Every step of the experience was outstanding (Sales, Financing, etc...). James Henderson was great to work with. He was very knowledgeable, easy to work with and I never felt pressured or like I was being up sold. Highly recommend you purchase your next Subaru from Busam. I know I will!!!

Busham Subaru was kind enough to give me a good and reliable car and I’m thankful to have gotten my car from them. I didn’t have to put much down and was happy about it they gave me the opportunity to make a down payment I could afford. And to top that the service department made sure the car that I got was in a tip shape condition and repaired it to me for no charge!!!
