Busker’s Body Shop

Not impressed at all. 3 stars cause the outside looks good SO FAR. Its a long one. Is asking for your vehicle back in the condition it was in before the deer hit me too much to ask?. I thought this was your job?!?!? Seat back is the wrong color but its good enough for them. See pics. My seats are gloss black. Sest back is matte black A little extra love would have found the right one. Rear view mirror cover is broken and fell off min after leaving the shop. Mounting tabs are broken. It was shoved up there in hopes it wouldn't fall off. A little double sided tape i would have never known. Next time guys. Had to get my own tires balanced. Even after I left a note stating the truck developed a shake after being hit AND I was told by the service writer he noticed it on a test drive but did

We had to take our vehicle there after an accident, because the insurance pretty much said we had to. The vehicle was a vehicle we hardly drive maybe 100 miles a year, it belonged to my boyfriend's late father. He left everything the way his dad had it. His last cup where he drank coffee, and his dipping cup, and dip, plus other things that we never touched. They fixed the outside and the threw everything inside that was sentimental to us away. Not sure why they felt they needed to without asking. I did complain but didn't get much out of it, we can never get that back. Our engine light also turned on 15 minutes after the accident and they said it had nothing to do with the accident, so we haven't had to get it fixed and we will have to pay for that too.

I have gotten hit and had to use Busker's twice in the last year and they did a fantastic job both times. They are so nice and professional! Will and Zach were both very helpful and always took the time to answer any questions I had. They also gave me a ride home when I dropped my car off and then brought it to me when it was done. Thank you guys, so much! Hopefully I won't need your services again, but if I do I'll definitely go back to you!

After being involved in a relatively minor accident, we drove our almost brand-new GMC truck to Busker’s Body Shop in San Angelo, Texas. After 3 weeks of “misunderstandings”, inconsistencies, and one delay after another, Busker’s returned the GMC back to us with a check engine light on (it did not have a light on when we drove it to them), a lopsided bumper, misaligned, dirty, and with broken/missing parts. Corey said to bring it back the following week. Meanwhile, the truck was turning off while being driven. We knew the GMC was never going to be the same, and instead of enduring more hassles and headaches via Busker’s incompetency, we traded the truck in for another. What a nightmare. They did an awesome job!! I dropped my vehicle off on Wednesday the 29th of March and told it would be ready on April 10th. I got it today April 6th, and it looks amazing!! They even washed the whole vehicle and vacuumed it! I'm very very pleased with their work!!!
