Could not recommend this business any less. These guys got paid cash in full to work on a truck... 2 to 3 months of work was expected, but "next week" after "next week" turned into 7 months! Excuses given for something new they "missed" every single time, as if they did zero diagnostic work. Every question about progress or why things were taking so long was met with hostility. The techs were extremely rude and unprofessional when confronted mocking and insulting instead of taking accountability. Giving this business the benefit of the doubt despite the many reviews just like this one was a mistake. After 7 months I was stunned that things were STILL out of place or outright missing. Total waste of time and money, please take your business elsewhere.

After being side swiped by a company trucks mirror, I dropped my 2016 Escalade off with someone we trusted. After waiting over a month to get it back, we found out from someone else that the original guy couldn't fix it and took it to Bustillos without telling us. I was very wary at first due to the reviews but after going to look at it after they finished, I have to say. We were very, very happy with the results. A minor mishap with some scratches that I found but they fixed it without any issues. They did an amazing job at getting the dent out and the paint match is spot on! They did such a good job that we asked them to keep it and re-paint the roof (clear coat chipping) and the front bumper (rock chips) will get done this coming week. My escalade looks brand new! Terrible service, my younger brother was in a accident and took his truck to this shop to get fixed. The accident happened on february they stated they should only need 2 months to get this work done. We barely picked up the truck today, October. They had his truck for 31 weeks, they didn’t get all the work they promised to do. They made my brother pay full price of the service to even start working on his truck, because he was self pay. Owner has terrible attitude never answers calls, dodges questions and very unprofessional. If you ever plan to do business with them make sure you have written documentation of what they promise they kept using the same excuse with my brother about the owner never saying it will be ready this day since it was by word and not written. My son was t-boned in May and we only took the truck to Bustillos because where he was t-bone was on the corner of they’re ’ sons house and he told us about the bodyshop! Which we should have read the reviews before! They told us it would take around three weeks! It’s been 4 months!!! And they still gave it to us with missing parts! The owner offered to pay a rental for us because he couldn’t finish it! When I told him to pay us back he was soo pissed when he asked for the total and I told him he said god damn what did u get a luxury car?! It was a small jeep!! The wife said I have insurance and rentals I know about it your supposed to get a small vehicle that’s what they pay for!! Obviously she didn’t know that when they wreck into you they’re supposed to rent you a vehicle like what yo

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!! Worst customer service ever! Waited 2 months to be fixed! Not to mention the owner started getting angry cause we pointed out all the chips & scratches Very unprofessional!! Do not waste your time taking your vehicle to this shop. They also left a nail in my tire.
