Butch's Service Center

I always go to Butch’s Auto whenever I need work done on my vehicles. They consistently get the job done quickly and at a fair price. The team is professional, respectful, and always takes the time to answer any questions I have without making me feel rushed. It’s hard to find a shop you can trust, but I definitely trust them and highly recommend their service.

Been caring for my car for years. Only shop that's ever charged me LESS than their estimate, and always does good work.

Replaced the starter relay switch but didn't install it correctly charged me 2 hours labor and sent me to another garage who properly put the relay in and still charged me less and had a capable mechanic Will not be using Butch's again and do not recommend them

I cannot even put into words how much of a blessing this business and family were to us today! We were traveling and our car went into limp mode. My husband called and they agreed to fix our car. They fit us in and we were back on the road in less than 3 hours start to finish! They were so sweet and pleasant! If we lived in Conover they would be our go to car care people!!! To top it all off they were very very reasonably priced!

I dropped my car off this past Saturday to get my back brakes and rotors replaced, and they did an amazing job! But what really topped it was, when I took my car back home after leaving the shop, I engaged my electrical parking brake and later that night I couldn't disengage it to go back out. So come to find out that they had accidentally left it in service mode. I reached out to them today and explained the entire situation, and they came out and towed my car back to the shop and took care of it! I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of service because they will continue to get mine! Thank you again!
