Butitta offers very reasonable prices, especially if you’re a Costco member. They stand behind their quality of work as well as their warranty. Went in to get a front end alignment..The customer service was great...I also waited while they worked on my truck, they finished my truck in a timely manner and then explained to me what they had done...I definitely will be going back!!! athe The cost was very reasonable.

Bill and David were very helpful working with our insurance coverage we had, it became a struggle but not on their end they were great, they handled everything for us. We were kept informed every step of the way. David explained all the necessary repairs and why. Bill explained every step the insurance was taking and when and what we could expect and when the parts were to be iin. When they were doing this and that to the van and when they expected it to be done. Very good experience over all. Highly recommend Butitta Auto to everyone! Bill and his crew did an outstanding job for me, as always. Went above and beyond my expectations in repairing the wiper motor and drive mechanism on my old truck, and replacing a broken-off transmission dipstick tube. Superb troubleshooting, repair, done on time and at a fair price.
