If I could leave a zero star review, I would! The story goes like this.....I took my vehicle in for the a/c making noise in the cabin. I took my car in on Sunday evening for a scheduled Monday appointment. I left my keys with a service tech that working after hours. I called Monday afternoon to see what they found and they said they couldn't find my car. That's because the guy put in the back garage and apparently no one bothered to look. So I had to wait until Tuesday to have it looked at. Then I was told they replaced the idler pulley. I picked up the car and due to my schedule, I wasn't able to get it back in for service for another couple of weeks. They didn't get it fixed the first time. The second time, they replaced the cabin air filter door and the tensioner pulley. I ex
