I recently had my inverter pump replaced on my Prius at this repair shop, and overall I’m very satisfied with the experience. From the moment I spoke to Tom he was very friendly, professional, and clearly knowledgeable about hybrid vehicles. He quickly diagnosed the issue and explained what was going on in a way that was easy to understand. I appreciated that he was upfront about the cost and timeline before starting the work. The repair was completed on schedule, and my Prius has been running smoothly ever since. What stood out the most was his honesty and attention to detail. I cannot overstate how kind and caring Tom is!! He has been so generous with his time and explained everything to me, helping me learn about my car in the process. He really knows his stuff and is creative, scrappy, thorough, and prepared with certain parts on site. (Not to mention cheaper than anything you can find in the city). After the most recent fix fitting me in before the holidays so I could get home, my car is running like brand new! He’s helped me out when I’ve needed it most and is so accommodating. He makes you feel like a part of the family. It’s been wonderful to meet their family in the shop, since most of them are involved in the business. I cannot recommend them enough!

My Prius was having issues with the heat exchanger, I saw on Reddit that this place, specifically Tom knows a lot about Prius’s. Called him right away, and boy was Reddit correct on this one. He was phenomenal, quick, and easy to work with. Charged a lot less than the dealership and works with you. Great guy, and great professional service. Will be going to him from now on only!

Honest, knowledgeable mechanic. Tom is great: he will explain everything to you before fixing your car and also he will not try to sell you something you don't need. I would recommend to anyone who needs work done on a hybrid.
