Most recently, they mounted my new wheels and took the time to ensure the fitment was absolutely correct. Their attention to detail and precision gave me complete confidence driving off the lot. How does this happen to me. I go out of my way drive to this location because of the reputation. Get 2,600 worth of tires and work done to my vehicle and leave and before I even get to the red light I noticed the alignment is worse than it worse than when I took it in..... how in the world does this happen at such a first-class? Simply disappointed I thought I would get better. Look at the picture and see how crooked my steering wheel is as I drive straight down the interstate.... speechless. Now I'm going to have to schedule appointment take off from work and go waste at least 2 hours. To have this corrected. This should not happen. "We Baby Your Car" is not just a sticker mod for Butler Tires & Wheels. It's clear from every interaction with every member of their team that these are folks who are also car enthusiasts. As a new customer, I always try to make an effort to connect with a few staff as a means to pressure test if they are a good fit for my needs. Expectations exceeded thus far. Brought my car to them 2 weeks ago for an alignment after getting 4 fresh tires (Michelin PS4S) mounted/balanced from Costco. Printouts detailing the alignment spec pre- and post- alignment provided. Not only does Butler offer reasonably priced road force balancing, but they do their best to work with you on cost of consumable and their alignment price is more reasonable than some of its local competitors. I had a tire pressor sensor fault. Without an appointment on a weekday they quickly diagnosed which ones were bad. They replaced them and balanced the tires to perfection in a short time. The price was reasonable. They even cleaned off my wheels and tires. Tim was a super Professional and experienced technician. Corey at the front was very helpful and friendly. It was an easy time getting my issues resolved. Thank you!

Best tire repair experience ever! Was greeted by a super nice staff who took care of my repair issue quickly and professionally. They made what could have been an aggravating experience into a simple fix. I will definitely use this location again!
