Butler Toyota of Macon Service Center

These service advisors and service center is a joke. I Went in to get my tires rotated on my Tacoma. It took almost 4 hours... They recommend $3k worth of service items. Which I kindly declined because they were not due at my particular mileage per the manual. I informed the advisor of what all I had done myself and what all I was planning on doing that same afternoon. I only wanted my tires rotated and somehow they took my engine air filter out of my truck and didn’t put it back in ???? Good thing I was planning on changing my power steering fluid that afternoon or else I wouldn’t have noticed my engine air filter box wasn’t closed and I would have made an out of state trip to the mountains with no air filter. Fortunately I only drove about 40 miles that day with no engine air filter…………

Excellent service from Shawn Lichniak. Just needed a simple part replaced, which he did himself, saving me time and money. Very helpful and professional.

I purchased two Toyota Cross’s from Butler. The second one had a tire leak so I took it back and met with Shawn Lichniak, Service Manager. He took care of me very fast. I can’t say enough good things about Butler Toyota. Great Team that explains everything. You can’t go wrong with Butler Toyota.

The service staff is fast and friendly. Shawn my service tech was very helpful. I’m satisfied everytime Im scheduled to come get my vehicle serviced.
