We were traveling out of state and our truck alternator went out. They met us at our vacation rental and fixed our truck in the driveway! Super professional and knowledgeable about vehicles. I have trust issues with mechanics so it's very hard for me to let a new person touch my vehicle but Butler's was very helpful. I called needing urgent service on a friday morning in Bayclif as I was told my alternator was bad by Advanced Auto and Autozone diagnostics. I wanted to keep my oem alternator so had Butler's MM (Stewart) remove it so I could have a specialist refurbisher examine it. Come to find out there was no issue with my alternator so I needed Stewart to come back and re-install. It was a long day but I appreciated Stewart's help and communication. He ran his own diagnostic and found my battery was draining but mainly with my headlights on. I was worried about Advanced Auto honoring my warranty as the battery was 7 months old and tested fine there that morning. However he o

Guy did me a solid, came by at 5 pm and didn't leave until a little after 10 pm ! Fix our problem which was a pain but very fair on his prices!! Would recommend
