In a time of pure anxiety in a single vehicle accident, where my V8 truck had to be pulled from a pond, Emergency services got Butler's Wrecker to the scene immediately. Corey showed up, fresh from jumping out of bed and bright an insightful calmness to the scene once he arrived. Emergency services had already helped me to dry ground but my poor truck was front in... stuck! After assessment of the situation, he got my truck pulled out, gave us multiple suggestions on the next steps and let my fiance and I follow him to their location to retrieve carseats, customer packages, etc. Once I realized with insurance that we would need to have them move it to a collision center, both Corey and Jerry were very helpful both on letting me return to gather all the other objects in the truck in case

These people run this part of our county and charge outrageous,gouging prices. They towed my sons wrecked car exactly 3.4 miles from the wreck site to their garage and charged $425 for a simple,uncomplicated tow! We were never informed there was a difference in a tow verses the made up term," a wrecked tow." Which I was rudely informed was a flat fee different from other tows. When I ask to see proof of a reciet,policy,or invoice I was told they would not give me such proof with out paying the whole bill up front,I knew we'd been scammed. They wrote us a post it note reciet!! Very professional. The man was rude,combative,unhelpful,and generally condescending. I called them this morning to price the exact tow,was never informed of this "wrecked fee", and told it would be $84 dollars charged

Still after a year of my Incident. Them lieing to my insurance and I. I literally have no skin in the game. I got my money back from insurance and it didnt put me in a bind besides them keeping my wreaked car for a extra day i had a rental anyways. But the simple fact that they lied to both of us and tried to turn it back on us... horrible people. I despise people like them. I will Forever hate this business just for lieing.

Can’t say enough good things about this place! The sweet lady I talked to on the phone was very nice and explained everything very well including every charge they have. Even encouraged me to shop around. I chose to go with Butler and was not disappointed. James Crooks came out to rescue my car and did a great job. He has to be one of the nicest person I’ve ever done business with. Took care loading my car. Took care unloading it. You could tell James took pride in himself and his work. James also took time to explain every charge and it added all up to the same charges that I was given up front no surprises. Would recommend to anybody that needs help

Coming from 7 states away I had a horrible in the ditch car accident on tail of the dragon on at 12 in the morning, these guys answered and arrived to me in the middle of the of the dragon within 45 minutes. that morning I went to their office and EVERYONE, there was friendly. as this was my first road accident they explained and showed me the steps I should do after an accident, awesome team and 24 hour service I had to knock a star off because the only way to contact them for any service is by their number on which I personally had problems reaching to them myself, MAKE SURE your phone has a properly displayed ID number in your phone settings. BUT they should at least have an email or another IN office hour number on their website which also only shows you their emergency number. Their
