We bought a 2021 Chrysler Pacifica limited, nice vehicle. Went from a car with hardly any room to a vehicle with a lot more room. Decent job of explaining some of the features, but still have questions about some of the functions, which was not explained to me. Overall, not a bad shopping experience. Mark Carroll did a good job trying to fit our needs.

My recent experience was unfortunately not the best. Although the salesman and financing individual were extremely nice the vehicle I drove over four hours to purchase worked perfectly for the first day. The milage on the vehicle was also off by about 1700 miles and the vehicle has been in the shop since a day after I purchased it. I would avoid this dealership. I wrote an email and have not received a response. There only goal is to get your money. Bad business.

The folks at button motors were the best people I have ever worked with on purchasing a new vehicle from. Greg Finley and all of the salespeople there made the task very simple and easy from deciding what was the best vehicle for me was and getting the financing started and finished in a timely manner. I was short on my down payment for the new charger I bought.. Mark Mizera went above and beyond with me so I could drive the car away today. He helped me with my money. You cant ask for more on this day and age. And to my salesman Breon Mason. He did everything in his power to make sure I got my dream car. I will be a customer for life because of these 2 little acts of kindness. I would recommend anyone I know to go see these folks. I just cant explain how much they worked with and for me..
