I bought a vehicle from this car lot 3-14-25. I was told the title would come to me within 30 to 90 days. It has been over the limit. I spoke with Mr Travis 6-30-25 and told him about my issue. He said he would get the information to the Dept of Rev so that my title could come to me. During the conversation he blamed it on them and stated that they may have lost the paperwork but that he would get it out there. Today is 7-22-25 and I just got off the phone with the Depart of Rev and was told no paperwork still has not submitted. This is really bad poor business. The bad thing also is out of state. This is going to cost me driving back-and-forth for me to make sure the job is done that the dealership should have completed. Plus I’ve had issues with this vehicle since I’ve had it. DO NOT DO
