I went in to trade my car in and they diagnosed it on the spot. Fixed it this afternoon and they're inspecting it in the morning. So glad I stopped here. Their mechanic and store manager were super nice to me. My cars fixed and it didn't cost me alot. They could have traded it for nothing and put me in anything. I love the car I kept. Thank you BYD

The car my daughter (16) bought had a fresh inspection the month it was purchased. The car started smoking on the drive home the day of the purchase. Took it to a local mechanic who advised that three codes had been reset, not to mention the oil issues. I asked if ByD would cover the cost or at least half. They said they'd pay half, though they never did. They advised us to bring the car back for service, which we did. I have in writing that everything is running as it should. WRONG. The codes were again reset without being fixed and the car needed repairs just about exceeding the purchase price just to be driven safely. They did not respond to the AG's office after I filed my complaint.
