My experience with Carstar in repairing my car was easily the best experience I've ever had. The whole process was smooth, professional, timely, and most importantly the prices are very reasonable and the repairs were beautifully done. Returned to Byers for my complementary oil change post purchase today. The team made it easy. Scheduling was quick and easy. They sent me a text this morning telling and showing (via picture!) exactly where to go for the service. Arrived, and within 2 minutes met Mr. Steve Morris, and he jump started the service. While I waited, they had WiFi and free coffee bar! All told, in and out in under 40 minutes. No hidden costs or fees. When they say complementary, they mean it. I highly recommended Steve and his team for your auto maintenance needs. I couldn’t be happier with the vehicle I purchased and the personal touches the Byers team provides when maintenance is due. I was looking for repair for a 2018 jeep renegade and had been to two different shops already,one of them suggested Byers..so I got it in and it got done thank you Byers service team..I worked with Jayce Campbell ..now I’m able to roll to where I need..

We have bought 4 cars from Byers over the years. And by the way the cars were all great and dealing with Byers was always nice. But last time we bought from Subaru Byers at the airport...my wife came in with approved financing from both of our banks, but somehow you guys convinced her to use your financing that it would be better and more convenient for everybody. So you got her to finance the car through Chase Bank? The problem is Chase Bank does not do business with you as an individual. Unless you have an account with them. An auto loan does not count. Which means I cannot make a payment. Buyer Subaru should not give loans out to their customers from Chase Bank without telling them up front that they must have an account with Chase to be able to make their car payments. Why would you do
