I had problems with a tire on my bx2350 subcompact tractor. I called and had Brent on his way to my house within minutes. He arrived with all the tools he needed to get me rolling again. Work was completed fast and courteous. Highly recommend this family business.

Slightly higher prices than the tire chain stores, but worth every penny. I can not put a price on the safety of my family. The only thing touching the road of my 2 ton machine carrying my family are my tires, if they slip in the rain, slide off the road in the snow or blow out from imbances on the tread wear while driving 75 mph speed limit on the turn pike, when I think about those things and what it could cost me. ....... Please do yourself and everyone that rides in your car a safe trip.

It doesn't look like much from the outside. We should all know by now that that doesn't mean anything. Byers had my respect and my business. They were able to patch my tire the on the spot. It cost about $32. Good prices and great service. The shop isn't big but they work hard and it shows. Honest and fair. They are an example that I wish others would follow.

Called to set up an appointment for an alignment after having new tires installed at a different shop. The phone call took 1 minute 26 seconds, I talked to a very nice man named Oliver and I was scheduled for the next day. They checked my alignment and everything was within spec, no adjustments needed so they only charged me half for the service! Everyone was polite and accommodating, it was an all around pleasant experience. After driving my car home and to work the next day, I realized that it had a pull to the right when I let go of the wheel. This was an existing problem that had been previously dismissed by other shops after they checked the alignment and saw that everything was within spec - chocked it up to the crown of the road. Brought my car to Byers Tires to try and correct issues from work done at another shop. Even though this turned out to be a complicated scenario, their team handled it with professionalism and honesty. They made several attempts to diagnose and resolve the issue, and when it became clear it was beyond their scope, they refunded me without any hassle. That level of integrity is rare in this industry. I trust and respect them for how they handled the situation from start to finish.
