I highly highly highly recommend Byers Volvo and Service! I had my first Volvo S60 for nine years problem free and when it needed some repairs finally at 171,000 miles! I decided to buy a slightly used version of the same. The service team has been trustworthy and so helpful through the years, and Joe A. in Sales was great in identifying what was important to me for my next car and helping me with an incredible warranty and gorgeous car! I bought a new Volvo wagon in 1975, and my certified 2014 XC60 with 177,000 miles on it was my 11th Volvo. I went to Byers looking for a 2023-certified XC60 Plus after seeing their online offerings. I shopped in person a few times, but brutally cold weather delayed my purchase. Sales staff understood and were very patient with me. The actual sale on a sunny Friday was professionally handled. Friendly haggling over trade-in value and accessories left me well satisfied. I never felt pressured. Everything was clearly explained. I left with a nice SUV. It is a computer on wheels!! I particularly like the map display in the center instrument cluster. On a return visit, my saleswoman answered my numerous questions about all the bells and whistles on this impressive vehicle.

Started really smooth, when my wife and I started looking for a car. We were helped relatively quickly, and ended up purchasing a car, but we had to HAGGLE. My dad was there because I didnt feel comfortable as a woman going to buy a car with my wife, and you could have cut the tension with a knife. They argued with my father, saying that they didnt understand why we would need to THINK about this purchase, as if we were just purchasing something simple. This is her first car.
