Byers Volvo Service- on July 21 I spoke with a Service scheduler and arranged a 4 wheel alignment for my son's 22 Volvo XC90. I was quoted $169.95 verified and was assured that the service INCLUDED an inspection of the suspension system and any abnormal wearing parts. This conversation was completed in front of 2 witnesses and I advised the service writer that I would be paying for this service. The alignment was completed on the 23rd and my son received a bill that included an additional $195 for a "complete vehicle inspection" that the "customer requested". This alignment was a thank you to my son for assisting me during a surgery. He paid the bill because he assumed it was what I asked for. Over the past 30 years I have purchased several Volvos and have 2 now and they all were purchased in the Washington DC area. I was visiting relatives in Columbus, OH when my 2024 XC-60 had a flat (with run flat tires) due to a cracked rim. When I took it to Byers Volvo Service Center on Hamilton Rd in Columbus, OH, Bob Schneider of Byers Service, immediately ordered a new rim and jumped through several hoops created by Volvo Service in the DC area when the DC-area Volvo folks told him that I had several extra service contracts including the tire/rim one, but they wanted proof of damage. I have had the pleasure of working with Jonathan when my S60 needed serviced. There was a couple of things that needed done on my vehicle, and Jon was very attentitive and made sure that my requests were met to a T. Jon also helped work with me to get a better value out of the service. People like Jon are the reason that I will be returning to Byers Volvo for my car maintenance.

I have used Byers Volvo Service center for all my vehicle’s needs since I bought my XC90 in 2016. They have always provided me with excellent service. I really appreciate their quick response when I reach out to them for maintenance or an issue, their professionalism, and the great service experience they provide from start to finish. I have primarily always dealt with Tom & Bob and they both are great to work with. I would highly recommend Byers Volvo Service Department!
