Best place to pick up a cash car . Would recommend to do research before picking one up . They do emphasize to look at it . Though they look at the vehicle and make sure to report everything. But regardless they have a great selection of vehicles. Would recommend to anyone who needs wheels without a car note . 10/10 . They have an online inventory and the user friendly website was a plus. The guys at the service desk are very helpful and friendly. We were able to locate the parts we needed on site very easily. I definitely recommend BYOT for your parts needs.

I sold/had towed a 2015 Ford Escape with front end damage (I'm not a mechanic so I'm not sure what all was or wasn't damaged in the accident)..ONE damaged door and one MINORLY scuffed back panel..like new high mileage tires that were put on less than 6 months ago (cost me $1000 for all 4) and the car DOES run. I accept it needed work. I'm not arguing that. It's just a shock when you're quoted $1700 on the phone and end up only getting a check for half of that. My advice to the company moving forward is...please be honest with people! Tell clients they will get an estimate once the driver comes out and looks the vehicle over! Least then the expectations aren't unrealistic and the seller doesn't get gut punched.

I had a car that I needed to get rid of. Eric came out to get it. Had no front tires and he went out of his way to try and help us so he could get it and not have to make another trip to my house. Wouldn't recommend selling your car here. Quoted a very good buying price on the phone, but when the rough dudes showed up, they didn't honor the quote and instead, after the vehicle was loaded, quoted half the price and were pretty shady about the whole interaction. I regret selling to them and wish I would have either stood firm to the original price or asked them to unload my car. The sad part is that I know the manager, her husband was the person that did the shady half price deal... Would not recommend unless you are ready to get ripped off.
