Byrd Automotive is the place to go! Great customer service, awesome communication and amazing craftsmanship! First off, I did not mean to but I planned my drop-off day with these guys the same day as a regularly scheduled detail job for this truck. So they got a spotless truck and to my shock, these amazing guys managed to give me back a truck JUST AS SPOTLESS! The entire experience was smooth, efficient, and handled with professionalism from start to finish. Karah is always awesome and truly a pleasure to see. She went above and beyond to ensure I had transportation available for both drop-off and pick-up if needed, which made the entire process seamless. Because my job requires me to be on the road, it was especially important that my vehicle was serviced quickly and efficiently—and she made sure that happened. Quality work, outstanding service, and fair price. I had a 100k service done on my F150 which included timing chain and phaser replacements, new water pump, and a host of other things to include repairing oil leaks. I was impressed by their decision to order OEM parts. Glenn was a pleasure to work with and he sent me detailed pictures of the work in progress. Really impressed by their actions. They have been in business for 38 years which is rare in today’s industry. The owner is a hands on person which is also reassuring. They even washed and vacuumed my vehicle. Highly recommend them.

I honestly had a terrible experience with Byrd automotive . My truck was giving me issues. It would shut off while I was driving so I messaged Byrd automotive because my sister in law used them before. I had my truck towed there and that process was easy. They checked the truck and said I needed to changed a few things that cost around 2k. I agree to without any issues and paid in full. As soon as I got into the truck, my radio , back up camera didn’t work anymore. I drove it down the street and felt like it was in worst condition than when I dropped it off. It shut off so brought the truck right back and talked to Glenn. He said it’s the alarm that causing the truck to shut off and it’s going to be 500-600 to remove it . So I agreed to that and it took another week or longer because the
