DO NOT RECOMMEND! They do not honor their contracts & are unprofessional their service manager Stephanie gets loud & slam doors & windows in your face when she is proving to be wrong & a liar. I took my vehicle into service March of 2024 they had the vehicle for a little over a week when it was time to pick up I was there around 5:45 due to just getting off work as you can see there business hours state they are open until 6pm. I called the CNAC line to make a payment they advised I had to go through the service team to do so but I also realized my car still stalled out before even leaving the lot. She called the next day I had advised her of the issue & at the point I was not willing to pay for the charges bc the work was completed & I would bring the car back she immediately stated I pur

My experience with Jazz and the whole staff was beyond amazing. They made sure I was well informed on the details on my vehicle. Words can’t describe my gratitude to them. I definitely will be back they have a customer for life

Don't screw yourself and sign a loan with them. I owe $10,000 on a car worth $1500. Also, Customer service is RUDE. I called to ask a simple question and got an attitude from the rep. Not the first bad customer service rep I've had either.
