I'm going to be 100% transparent in this review. Let me start by saying I just signed a new contract today. I have previously purchased 2 other vehicles from JD Byrider. My other 2 vehicles were purchased through their Lansing location. Today I drove away with my 3rd vehicle from them. The first car I purchased in 2020. I had very poor credit and low down payment. I originally did not get the exact vehicle I wanted. I got what was afforadable. I paid my car off increased my credit score and got my second vehicle in 2023. That one i paid off and ahead of time and it increased my credit score by 30 points the moment it was reported to transunion. Well my first car, after 5 years died on me. (Longest I have ever owned a vehicle) I wanted to cry because I loved that car. It got me through so

I have my car for a year and when I got it back in June of 2024, soon as I got it there were major problems with car, and I had only had for like three months. It started out with my a/c not working, they fixed it, then in November of 2024 it had a real bad oil leak, I had to have it towed up there because of the loss of oil, they claim to have fixed it once I got it back, now it's March of 2024, and there is still an oil leak. When I called back the mechanic said something about putting my oil cap on, ignoring the oil leak, when I told him that my car is still leaking oil and they didn't fix the problem, they tried to get me to pay for it! Now it's too the point to where it's having electricity problems, and when I use my heart or air to much my radiator fan comes on and stays on while th
