First, let me start by saying that Jessica, Jason and Curtis are all AWESOME!!! It was hard getting approved because simply put, “Life. Happens” so I’ve had some challenges. After other dealerships turned me down, Byrider said YESSSSSS!!! From my initial phone call with Jessica I received nothing but the absolute BEST Customer Service I have ever experienced!!! These people know their stuff and are good at making it happen when it comes to getting you into a vehicle. I left Byrider feeling good, looking good in my new whip and yeah, of course riding good!!! If you need a car and want to repair your credit. Go here! They will bend over backwards to help you. I came here with little to no hope. And when Curtis said he wanted me to leave there with a car. He meant just that! They are very straightforward no sugarcoating no used car salesmen talk. Just straight facts!
