I honestly wish I would not have gone with this company at all. I had heard good things and was overly eager to get a car, so I didn’t listen to the contract as carefully as I should have. I should have walked out. The car itself is fine—no issues there. However, as a first-time and new customer, they do not work with you at all. They are extremely strict with their no-late payment policy, which I understand—it’s a business and rules are rules. But if you experience a life-altering situation and genuinely need short-term help with payments, do not expect any flexibility. Life happens. You don’t plan to fall behind, and when you’ve consistently paid on time and explain that you’re in between positions while trying to get a better job, they simply do not care. Nikki was GREAT!!! the process wasn’t too fast, she went over everything we had to do.
