C & B Auto

Great shop!!!! I've had a few issues with my 2014 Volvo XC60. They were very friendly, helpful. Something I worry about dealing with shops is being taken advantage of or overcharged for some things that I don't understand. THAT IS NOT THIS SHOP!! Very honest and fair. Thank you Brian & CB Auto for great service!!

ALL NEGATIVE REVIEWS ARE MISLEADING - C&B Auto is fantastic. I’ve noticed a few negative reviews about C&B Auto, and as a customer I’d like to clarify that they don’t reflect the true quality or integrity of this business. First, Brian (the owner of C&B) essentially runs the entire shop himself. He handles repairs, phone calls, and customer communication - often without additional staff. Naturally, this means some repairs may take a little longer than expected, but the quality of his work and his honesty more than make up for the wait. Second, several reviews mention that cars are sometimes left unlocked. I DON’T believe that this is due to negligence. That entire area of Syracuse experiences FREQUENT break-ins, and leaving vehicles unlocked helps prevent unnecessary damage, such as BRO

Went in for a simple dust shield replacement. They had my car for over two weeks with no communication about what was happening. Not to mention that they have to leave cars unlocked so "windows don't get smashed" but it let's looters just go through cars. I had to have been ripped off. They charged me 265$ for a part that looks like it's 25$ online plus the hour and change it took to change it. Unbelievablely bad customer service and predatory practices. Would not recommend

I wouldn't recommend C&B Auto to my worst enemy. This review will cover two things: long repair time and not locking the cars they work on. To begin, I brought my car in for a simple rear passenger side dust shield replacement. This is something i would normally do on my own but I'm not in my hometown and don't have the usual amenities to fix it. Anyways, i called C&B before deciding to bring it there and they said it could be done by the end of the next day, perfect! I bring it there, wait the entire next day....nothing. I call the next morning and not done, all good no worries sometimes a time estimate is wrong i get it. However, this pattern repeated for the 2 and a half weeks, i was carless for 2 and a half weeks. I called a total of 5 times, each time getting another excuse to be lat

Had work done on my car. Was beyond pleased. Brian was very nice and professional. Explained everything, price was affordable I did not feel as if I was being robbed. Completed job in a timely fashion. Job well done. I have found a new repair shop. 100% satisfied. Feel blessed a friend referred them.
