C & C Auto Repair and Towing

This review is from 2021 which somehow conveniently disappeared from the original C & C business listing. However I am reposting due to the seriousness of the issue. Well I wasn't going to leave this review until I came across some problems with the front brake/rotor job they did (my car wasn't in much use after the repair). First, I had to return to them immediately after picking up my car to solve a grinding noise on my right front - probably rust stuck between pad & rotor which ended up gouging the brand new rotor. In the process, they snapped a wheel stud which they did replace. The way they reinstalled the caliper (see picture) actually twisted the brake line when all they had to do was turn the caliper over. I have come to this shop for a number of different repairs, emergency fix’s and the routine maintenance. This is not your average/regular auto shop. Carlo is extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. He provides great customer service and updates as my car was getting service. He went above and beyond and I appreciate his true honesty and he’s very dedicated. I recommend you take your car to Carlo trust me you won’t be disappointed. This garage is awesome. My truck wouldn’t start, I was stuck as I had to go to work… Carlo said he would come , pick it up and take care of it. I dropped off my keys, they picked up my truck(flatbed tow)and began to diagnose the problem. They let me know what was wrong, what it would cost and proceeded to fix it after we talked. They had it done it less than two days and I am very satisfied with their work. I am a new happy customer. He went above and beyond and I would definitely recommend them if you need help.

I got hit in morning going to work iwhich made it underivable. He came in a timely hour and fixes it in 2 days. I been driving on it for year now. I’m so satisfied with my experience. Carlo the owner is friendly and good conversationalist.
