It is cheap here compared to other shops in the area. TL;DR: Work is too inconsistent and is poor quality. Vehicles do not seem road-tested once labor on the vehicle is complete. Labor often takes long. No preventative maintenance seen. I had a Dodge Caliber. He fixed an engine issue and pulled off a stripped lug nut. The car broke down with a bad transmission on I-99 in July 2023. I am not sure of the exact issue and it only had about 98000 mi, got it at 56000 mi. I feel this could have been prevented when I started bringing it to Chris around 80000 mi in 2022. I felt problems my new car around Feb 2024, and decided to change a ball joint, failed miserably, then got it towed. He used the part I bought to fix it. We broke down on the I-80 just outside of Bellefonte, and we were lucky enough to have this repair shop nearest to us. All of the workers understood our situation and did their absolute best to assist us with our car. The owner was the best, told us exactly what was wrong, and what our options were, along with estimates. Straight to the point and very trustworthy guys.
