Zack was great to work with, and made buying our Jeep Grand Cherokee very easy. He was friendly, wasn’t pushy, and answered all of our questions. Would 100% buy another car from Zack and this dealership again in the future. Very very happy with our experience and our new car!

We called ahead and told your staff that we were on the way to buy the truck, asked for the paperwork to be prepared, and even started the online pre-approval process while traveling. My husband offered to leave a deposit and was declined. Before we even made it to the dealership, the truck was sold. When he called to ask why, he was told they “weren’t going to turn away someone that showed up to buy it.” That response confirms they knowingly sold it despite having a committed buyer en route. This shows a complete lack of integrity and no respect for customers’ time. People deserve to know how this dealership operates.

Of all the 50+ cars I’ve bought in my lifetime, buying a used car from C. Harper was one of the most pleasant experiences.

If you live in the western PA area and you are not buying a new or used car from C. Harper you are not looking for the best quality. Ownership down to the shop..hands down the best. Thank you Casey and Justin Merlin. Highly recommend!

Great experience! Charlie was our salesman and he does a great job! Very efficient! We took care of almost everything over the phone and through texts. When we arrived we took our test drive filled out the paperwork and we were out of there with a new vehicle in an hour.
