C & J Tires And Repair darien

This is the best tired shop around, I have all my cars serviced with C&J from plugs to replacement to balancing. They do it all, they also have a newer/larger shop in Darien that did my alignment on my classic Mustang quick and easy!

BEWARE. Unprofessional. Unexperienced. Cause damages, refuse to pay for the damages. While my friend had a good experience replacing tires at this shop three years ago, she took her car to their new location in Darien, CT. C&J broke the wheel lock key. They used a wrong tool to unlock the wheel lock. They used air impact wrench (to cut corners and make it faster). This tool is prohibited for use on wheel locks because of potential damages to the the lock, the key and the wheel. My friend had to go to the dealership to get a new key and paid money for it. The owner Freddy refused to pay for the damaged wheel lock key. He was also very rude toward her. He lied about what happened. He said the wheel lock was too tight. This place was efficient, to point, easy to work with & has good spirited individuals. Appreciate the quick services after being stranded for the night. They handled my destroyed rear car tire from introductory conversation to completion in approximately 20 minutes.

These guys were done with 4 tire replacements in 30 minutes (usually it's 2+ hours at the national shops). Very fairly priced (half the cost of town fair for installation) and it doesnt hurt that they were actually pleasant, which is not the norm at any tire shop. 10/10 would recommend.
