Went on friday to look at a 2007 VW bug they had listed on their Facebook. The car was in rough shape, both mechanically and esthetically. Curtis was completely honest with us, we knew it was straight off the auction lot and we were aware that it was going to be a project car. Curtis worked with us on the price AND made sure we had a new battery. My husband hopped in to drive it to oreilly's for the battery. It went into limp mode on the way there. I called Curtis, and this man was more than understanding and reasonable with us! We worked together on a solution and he came up to oreillys, loaded the bug onto his trailer and drove it all the way to auburndale for us AFTER HOURS AND IN THE RAIN! He asked his mechanic to stay late to look at it, he answered every one of my calls, and we fig
Bought a 2011 Nissan Rouge from this establishment on a 8/29/2025 Friday. Asked questions about the vehicle. I asked CHRIS if anything was wrong with the vehicle. Chris replied no. Car was just driven in Winter Haven. On Saturday 09/30/2025 check engine light comes on and the transmission is gone in the car. Called Saturday, Sunday and Monday no answer and no call back. I sent an email explaining everything. No answer even put in the email that I was going to have the charges reversed by my bank Navy Federal and for them to come pick the car up. Still no answer. On Tuesday 09/02//2025 notified my bank. Wednesday 9/03/2025 money returned to my account. Chris spoke with my husband on 9/18/2025 and my husband told him to come pick the car up, he told my husband to junk the car. Today he calls
