Don’t usually do negative reviews but was not treated well after paying to get my alternator replaced. My monitor/screen was out after they finished, brought it up to a young manager and he said that’s a separate issue and didn’t even have the mechanics to take a look or ask their advice. Then I noticed the radio still was running after I turned the car off. The battery simply just needed to be reset but I had to figure that out on my own. Thanks

Came here as a rec from a coworker who even called to get an estimate on installing brake pads/rotors if I already had the parts; was told $120 and that’s exactly what it was when I came around 7:50 am today (Sun, Oct 5). Once installed, noticed the muffler sounded odd and assessed and showed me a big chunk was missing and another part melted and offered to repair for $150 (not bad!). Would definitely come again as there was immediate service and transparent communication. Only thing I didn’t like were other customers interrupting as work was being done, thus, delaying the rapidness to finish. Do appreciate being open 24/7.

Message to the Owner: Have you ever seen anyone lose a $300 labor job just for replacing spark plugs? I visited your shop this morning around 8 AM and ended up wasting almost two hours of my time looking for your mechanic, Ramzi. When I finally found him in the back office, he was playing a gambling game instead of working in the shop. I explained to him that I had been waiting for over an hour and a half, but he told me he couldn’t do the job and that it would take a few more hours—plus, he couldn’t do anything until the manager arrived. I would give a zero if I could. It took them two days to be able to tell me that they could not fix my car. They said they needed another guy to come by to check on it because they didn’t know. That guy was supposed to come one night at 6pm, I called the next day at 1pm and that guy was just getting there. Then we called again for them to tell us they couldn’t fix it. Every single time we got information from them was only because we called them. They never ONCE called us and they had two phone numbers and our names. Even when I came in person, they were all off in the back chatting and completely ignoring that I was even there. Very unprofessional and they don’t seem like they care at all about their services. Great repair shop I come often to fix my car anytime the workshop is open yesterday I was there to fix my Ac compressor at night work done smoothly and the management is good. Good to not see that old counter uncle again. You guys are doing better than before doing great 👍🏻
