Every week I was told they were “looking” for one. Months later, Chris finally said he had found one and wanted to “surprise” me. Two more months passed and still no installation—just more delays. When I pressed for answers, they told me I was being “mouthy.” That single word says everything about their arrogance, lack of professionalism, and complete disregard for customers—especially customers of color, who they clearly do not treat with the same respect or urgen

This shop was recommended to a girlfriend of mine by the shop owner's cousin. This owner has done nothing but rob my friend. She purchased a $2005 Dodge Stratus from him,. All I can say is "WOW". The bluebook for this vehicle in good condition is $1600. This car I would consider in fair condition. Once we realized the vehicle had no heat, I took it upon myself to check out fluids and there wasn't a single fluid that didn't require a top off. My friend called owner Chris to see if she could pick up her other vehicle that was there and leave the other vehicle she had purchased from him I wonder for him to winterize the car, change engine oil. I don't know how much it cost to put a fuel pump in a 2004 Impala but he charged her $919. You would think he would look out for her since she is a go

Worst experience at an auto shop ever. Took my jeep in for SIMPLE exhaust work. Was told it should be done end of the following week. It was there for OVER A MONTH. Thats not all, the Monday after that “following week”, I called for an update and it was even started. I was then told it’ll get done the next day or next 2 days. Then I never heard from them for the next 2 and a half weeks. I called multiple times but it would just ring, untill eventually it would go straight to voicemail every time. I gave up on calling then had my stepmother try calling off her phone, literally within 10 minutes of my last call. Sure enough, they picked up right away. This place was sending my calls to voicemail while my jeep had been there for 3-4 weeks. After that, it eventually gets done, only to find out
