The dispatcher was very nice and helpful on the phone . She notified me that the driver was on the way and notified me again once the tow driver was outside my house. The tow truck driver was very friendly too. He towed our Rav 4 very smoothley.

C&S is great! My transmission died on the highway and they arrived within 45 minutes. A couple days later, I asked them to tow my car from the Honda dealership to an auto shop. They were incredibly communicative and helpful both times.
