Brought my son-in-law’s car in to get all the tires replaced (at the request of my daughter, who contacted the business in the first instance to organise). As far as I’m concerned, the team well and truly went ‘above and beyond’ to source the four tires and complete the work in the same day (including finding the wheel lock). This and finding us a great local coffee shop (Great Awakenings Cafe in North Philly), where we spent some time, showcased great and professional customer service. I went in to get a tire plugged. I had no appointment, just needed a quick fix a flat service. They had me in and out quickly, no issues with the tire and they even vacuumed out the front of my car. The price was better than expected especially considering the extra cleaning they did to the inside of the car at no cost.

Where do I start? The entire team was kind to me (especially Jonathan)- came in without an appointment to get a state inspection. They welcomed me right in. Great comfortable set up with coffee, water, and snacks. I opted in for David’s cookies! Was in and out within 35 minutes. They professionally told me what maintenance to take care of and even gave me a battery for my car remote. I found a new place to maintain my car! Shout out to the entire team for amazing, professional and friendly customer service!

Great work and great customer service!! Johnathan, Josh and the rest of the team made my experience very smooth and quite fast compared to the likes of many other shops. I will definitely be dealing with C-Tech for my automotive needs going forward!
