An incredible blessing to have a local mechanic that you can fully trust. I have had some pretty significant concerns with my vehicle over the years, and never once have I been taken advantage of, or my concerns minimized. Work is always done very well, as quickly as possible, and with great consideration for cost. And they always take the time to explain what’s going on. I feel as taken care of as if I were a family member. Ron, you are huge blessing to this community.

I have never fully trusted a garage before as I am no mechanical expert. But, C&W is a garage that I 1000% trust in. They are up front, don't try and sell or do anything that is not seemingly required, and excellent with communication. Lancaster is so lucky to have a gem of a place such as C&W! Brought my car there for inspection knowing it needed a clock spring,02 sensors and rear brakes and got my AC serviced. Ron gave my car back with the airbag light on a check engine light and ABS light on and now my AC blows hot air and my brakes squeal. They are not the C&W they used to be Ron did say the lights are on because of sensors and brake module abs light wasn’t on until he worked on brakes

My car air compressor broke while driving. They towed my car right away and called with an estimate. The staff is very friendly and professional. Highly recommended.

Came to CW to get my car serviced for a key stuck in the ignition and they were rapid with my repair. Great customer service and communication. Brought my car back to have them look at something from the initial repair with no additional cost and they found other things wrong with my car and took care of it right away. No waiting and no that’s not our problem. They took care of me like I was their only customer. Also fair pricing. Especially in this economy they do not gouge your pockets. Highly highly recommend. Family ran company where they make you feel like family.
