C & W Transmission

Took my vehicle in for a transmission rebuild only because it would take a few mins to go into drive other then that the car drove beautiful. I was planing on selling the car & wanted the new owner to have a reliable vehicle. Since they where recommend i decided to let the guys take the job How ever after i was told the car was ready i paid the bill $2300.00 drove up the block & immediately came right back since the car wasnt drivable. It was 1k times worse then when i took it in .Wilbert & Carlos gave up on the car & told me to take it away that there was nothing they could do to help me to get my car right.I wished i had read the previous reviews prior to letting these guys touch my car. I honest dont know how the heck they are an operating business. Lucki

The transmission repair doesn’t last longer than the warranty 6 months,and when asked have the transmission repair job done correctly, this repair shop, makes the car owners wait a little over a week or more than allowed time is , my car came back in worst condition than going in to get it repaired in the first place. My car have a Column shift and now drives in neutral. It reverses in park position and the column must be jiggled to be place in park… worst repair men ever. Beginning with the owner some short height, vision glasses wearing man with plenty of excuses for why the job wasnt done right… I was charged $900 for a rebuild and could got a brand new 4r70w for my car for only $500 …. Don’t spend your money here. As a customer I am completely upset at their repair service

I have a 2001 f150 and the transmission had to be rebuild twice, owner full of excuses, would not answer the phone, etc. People the average cost for a transmission repair for older vehicles start at 2,500 or more. Anything less is not going to be rebuild with quality parts and re use old parts which still fuction.

This place was recommended to me by a friend telling me that these guys are good and work fast, that my car would be ready in a day. My car had a slipping transmission. I take him the car on Thursday in the afternoon the owner tells me to come back on Saturday that it will be ready. It wasn't, he told me that he got distracted with other jobs to come back on Monday, I come back on Monday pick up the car and all is well. Untill I get on the highway the car would get stuck in gear and sometimes not even switch gears!! My car would rev and not go anywhere it was worse then when I left it. I take my car crawling back to the shop cause they have 6month or 6000 miles warrantyand it's been two days and I'm still waiting for my car.
