Recently, they made room for us on their schedule, installing tires last minute that another shop failed to complete. They bailed us out and kept our day flowing! Extremely grateful for their understanding and cooperation! We have had them do other quality work for us in the past as well.

Horrible place to get inspected. Agree with the other comment. Wife took car to get inspected. 2k to pass inspection 416 to fix a light that cost 50 to fix. Was able to get inspected with no problems at a more well known local place thats been in buisness for 40 years. Fixed the issues for under 300. Would not recommend this place anymore for inspection. Holy dang.

I have been going here for years, even after the move. Chris is very helpful and prompt with responses, and always fair. I highly recommend working with him!! This will be the only place I take my vehicles.

I brought my 2008 Scion xD here for a state safety inspection. The car failed, which is fine, but the shop then quoted me an astronomical $3,000+ for the mandatory repairs. ​They included completely unnecessary replacements and tried to charge me the highest possible price for simple fixes. Specifically, they quoted $751.75 to replace the entire headlight assemblies for a minor foggy haze that is fixable with a $30 kit, and over $1,500 for an exhaust leak that included an $870 Catalytic Converter that was never on the fail list. ​I am a homeless veteran who is trying to get my only vehicle road-legal on a tight budget. This shop's practice of attempting to upsell on simple inspection failures is predatory. I declined all repairs. Get a second opinion before using this shop.

First I want to say this review is in no way a reflection on the work performed. This is my 2nd time coming to C&A and I have been very pleased with the work done. My review is based on the bill I received seeming a little bit off numbers wise and then being told it was simply "Fees that aren't listed on the invoice". Math doesn't lie. I added up what I saw on the invoice for Job#1 and the subtotal I received was a subtotal WITH 6% tax already added into that total. There was then another EST TAX charge of exactly 6% of that subtotal... why is that being taxed twice? When I called and tried to speak to someone about what I had found, I was told that it was a fee for disposal and other necessities which I would understand but why are these fees not listed and oddly add up to 6% of what my t
