Cabena's Japanese Auto Care

I went here for a second opinion after another shop told me I needed work done on my front suspension, saying my lower control arm ball joints were tearing and covered in grease. He checked everything and was completely honest, explaining that it was all normal and nothing to worry about. He was incredibly helpful, supportive, and took the time to answer all of my questions without rushing me. The experience felt honest and stress free. I’m really glad I came here and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend.

I dropped off my Corolla for a scheduled service. Charlie called me to let me know my fluids still had some life left in them and wouldn't need replacing for a while. He provided a quote for some additional things found during his scan and had my car back to me by the afternoon. I've been to Cabena's several times over the years and am always treated with respect and honesty.

At Cabena's, you deal with the owner Chuck which is a great sign. He owns the shop and explains the work and answers your questions directly and friendly. Never condescending. After our Lexus was out of warranty, we sought a mechanic we felt could do quality work on Japanese makes without the dealer price. Cabena's fit the bill. Chuck explained his service maintenance process, which parts he uses and why, and made sure all our questions were answered. We'll continue to take our Lexus back to Cabena's.

I knew these guys were awesome already from working on my 4Runner and my wife’s pilot but after having to use another mechanic for an F150 I bought these guys are simply the best. Night and day difference from the service and work they deliver compared to what I’ve dealt with from the ford shop. If you have a car that cabenas services look no further bring it here and count your blessings that you found them.

Very professional and fair shop. I had some leaky valve covers resealed previously and this time they replaced some failed knock sensors on my 2003 Tacoma. Both times they were knowledgeable, professional, timely, communicated clearly and quoted fair prices for the labor involved. As some one who does most of their own maintenance and repairs I’ll continue using them for the reasons above.
