Cache Valley Auto Sales

Never in the office when I need to make a car payment during normal hours of operation. I have to drive a little over an hour each way. This has happened to me 4 times now and it's very inconvenient. It wastes my fuel, my time, and puts excessive wear on my vehicles when it's not necessary. I have to go out of my way to make sure my car payment is taken care of!

I am in awe of the amazing customer service we received here. My daughter purchased her first car from them and the next day the engine light came on. It took 3 weeks to get it resolved, but they kept trying until it was fixed. She answered every phone call and returned every text. And she ended up delivering our car to us at 10:30 at night. Talk about going above and beyond.

Bought a car here on nov 16 2017. By nov 24 2017 the car broke down in the middle of the road and i had to have it towed to a shop. The owner of this place refused to take any kind of responsibility for any issues after the sale. I took the car to a mechanic and they said the car needs a new motor. If there was an option for zero stars i would leave that. This place is a joke. Buying cars at auction as they do and turning around and just selling them as is, is nothing more than a corrupt way of making money. The owner Francisco and his wife lucy know nothing about customer service and definitely nothing about mechanics. Those people should have nothing to do with a bussiness.
