I've been personally using them for a few years now. My immediate family has been using them for much, much longer. I exclusively use them for fixing damaged vehicles. My family nor I have ever had any issues with any aspect of this business.

Excellent experience with them. Car got fixed way sooner than expected, other shops were way more backed up. Made my Fiat 500 look brand new after a front end collision, and drives good as new.

Our car had some door damage. Seemed to me it wasn't bad enough to replace. Well they ended up buying a 2009 door at a junk yard, 2 weeks after being in the shop, and put it on a 2019 vehicle. It was finally ready to pickup almost a month of being in the shop, all for minor door damage. Then a piece of the door ended up flying off going down 19/41. This place is a joke, from customer service to the quality of the work done. I highly recommend finding somewhere else. Edit: 11/4 said door trim piece flew off once again
