We are new to the area and ran into an issue with our car. We went off what was close for us (due to towing) and highly rated. We are very happy we chose Cain And Sons' vs the others we researched. They did a great job, fixed our issue, and the communication from before arrival/ during/ and the follow up after is truly appreciated. I would recommend them to anyone in need or searching!!!

The folks at Cain &Sons is amazing. They are very accommodating and thorough and I can say with absolute certainty that they will tell you exactly what’s wrong with your vehicle and not add things to the list that do not need to be fixed. I found them to be honest and respectful and that’s why I keep going back. Todd is an amazing advisor and Michael is just an amazing technician. Thanks for all you do!

Nice an friendly, took me home then they brought my car to me. But was the most expensive inspection I ever had.

This is the absolute worst service I’ve had. Took the car in for inspection, all good it passed and then they went to put on the sticker and said they couldn’t pass it for 75% window tint. Meanwhile they damaged the window in the process and claim they do not have to fix any of the property they damaged. They would rather consult an attorney than owning up for what they did. Photos are being attached of them passing it at first then going back on their word. They also scratched my rim and are not paying to fix any of their damaged they caused. I also talked to the owner on the phone and he said he would work with me to get it replaced then a couple days later he said his lawyer said he didn’t have to do anything so he’s not going to.
