I only go to Cains for my tire installs. Angel the manager is the only person I trust to touch my vehicles. He has done my z06 and my cayenne turbo. Attention to detail and his customer service is the best. Ive been into cars for years and have dealt with many people in the industry and Angel is a real standout and standup dude. Everytime he balances my tires they are smooth as butter. They never booger up the wheels. Always torqued and aired up perfectly. And always always super smooth with no shakes on the freeway. All my friends have been going to Cains as well on my recommendation thru my relationship with Angel. Every single one has been super happy. Thanks, Cains for the excellent service. Had to get an alignment done before a big trip. These guys were able to squeeze me in with 30-minutes notice on a Saturday. Drove up and they were packed! An hour later and I was outta there. Friendly staff at reasonable prices.

The easiest, kindest, tire service I have EVER had. I am extremely satisfied, went in for a new tire and it was ready in less than one hour. I went in thinking I needed 2 tires ready for my pockets to ache, without any hassle the service man let us know that was totally unnecessary and we only needed one tire. It’s nice to feel like they are not trying to upsell us. They also re assembled the back trunk, after having to get the donut out the day before and move all of the stuff from our trunk. Habe I said I’m extremely satisfied yet?!? I will never go to any other tire place again. If I could I would give 100 stars.

You guys mounted and balanced my wheels and I was there for four hours the first time. However, I had to return because the truck was shaking after traveling over 50 mph. I contacted you and explained the issue, as you had instructed me to come back for a checkup. On my second visit, I spent two hours with you and you attempted to rebalance the wheels, but the problem worsened. You suggested that my tires were slightly misaligned and advised me to drive the truck for 1,000 to 2,000 miles before attempting to rebalance again. After enduring these terrible driving experiences, I stopped at a different tire store, where they were able to rebalance all the wheels, and I haven’t had any issues since. I understand my review may not carry much weight since I drive an older car, but I still believe honesty matters. I went to Cain’s Tire for new tires and was originally quoted $1,400, yet the final bill came out to $1,800. When I picked up my car, everything seemed fine. However, the very next day, the tire pressure warning light came on. I checked the tire pressure myself, and all tires were properly inflated, but the warning light remained on. I returned to Cain’s Tire expecting help, but instead they acted rushed and unaccommodating. I was asked to move my car from the street so they could park another vehicle, and then told that the sensor likely failed simply because my car is old. They said that if I wanted them to diagnose which sensor was faulty, I would need to leave my car ther
